Due to the custom nature of our work and the time it takes to create unique, one-of-a-kind designs, Gifted Graphic Designs does not issue refunds on started or completed design projects.

You can cancel your order or design project before the start of the design process. Please send a written request to ggraphicdesigns.llc@gmail.com. Note that cancellation requests made after the design project has started or completed will result in a complete loss of funds.

All logo designs are digital files. Files are sent to provided email placed with the order. Once your order/design has been completed, you will receive a separate email from Canva with a link to download and save your design files.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically upon payment completion. Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us at ggraphicdesigns.llc@gmail.com.

If your download link has expired, you will need to place a new order to have the design files resent. Please visit the resources section on our website to complete this process.

The turnaround time for design projects varies based on the type of service: - Business Name Art: Standard Processing: 7-14 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays). Rush Processing: 5-7 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays). - Text Based, Gold, & Platinum: The first design draft is received within 24-72 hours after the design consultation call. The completion timeframe depends on the client's ability to provide timely feedback to our design team.
